Welcome to the Party Rental Showroom. The steps listed below will prepare you to compile a reservation request.

1. Browse through product categories by using the below links or the drop menu located at the very top of every page.

2. Once at a category page, click on a subcategory of your choice.

3. Click a thumbnailed product image of your choice to view product information and a larger image.

4. Type in the quantity of product you would like to request, and click the "Add to Rental Request" button.

5. The Party Cape Cod shopping cart will replace the product image, and your requested item will be listed. If you are requesting your first item, a list will be created for you at this time. If you are adding to your list, your new request will be added to your existing list.

6. When you are finished compiling your reservation request, follow the Party Cape Cod shopping cart directions to email your request to Party Cape Cod.

Please Note: An emailed reservation request is not a confirmed order. Upon receiving your reservation request email, a Party Cape Cod representative will contact you to review, advise and confirm your order.

To assist you in locating rental items, we have divided our inventory into 16 categories:



Rental Terms

Reservations: Reservations should be made well in advance of your event to insure product availability. 50% of the total contract amount will be required for a reservation fee. The remaining 50% of the contract amount will be due on the date of product delivery. All cancellations will result in a loss of the reservation fee. The total contract amount is subject to a Massachusetts Sales Tax of 5%, unless a tax exempt number is provided by the customer.

Security Deposits: A security deposit is required on all rentals to cover any additional charges. This security deposit will be refunded once the items have been cleaned and accounted for (please allow 10 to 14 days following the event).

Additional Charges: China and glassware must be rinsed free of debris and placed in it's original rack or crate. Failure to do so will result in additional cleaning charges. Linen must be shaken and returned in linen bags - please do not put linen in plastic bags. Linen returned with burns, cuts, unremovable stains or tears will be charged to the customer. All equipment must be protected from the weather in all circumstances. Upon our return to pick up the rental equipment, all tables and chairs must be knocked down. Renters will incur additional charges for any the following:

  • Equipment carried long distances at job site
  • Equipment delivered up or down a flight of stairs
  • Deliveries requiring elevators
  • Deliveries resulting in delays over one hour
  • Deliveries restricted by narrow passage ways, obstacles or rolling terrain
  • Tent installations on decks


Delivery Charges: Delivery charges will be assessed for all deliveries, as specified in the below table. All charges are based on ground floor delivery.
